"Great 1 hour workouts. While it is a small group (up to 6), the trainers still take the time to provide one-on-one guidance for each exercise, ensuring proper form and why, and modifications/alternate exercises as needed. There’s plenty of exercises so it doesn’t get repetitive or boring"
